Eden is a Dumpster Fire Fixer™ who’s known for her happy outlook and her “Do, or do not. There is no try.” attitude toward life.

She’s a strategic communications consultant and has more than a decade of expertise in Crisis & Reputation Management. She’s also a former business professor. Eden resolves issues both in and outside the media’s glare — from celebrity scandals and corporate fraud to criminal and civil litigation. Educated at Harvard and NYU, she’s worked in Manhattan, Seoul, and Los Angeles.

She’s co-author of three bestselling books A Business Owner’s Guide to Crisis PR, A Lawyer’s Guide to Crisis PR (Second Edition) and A Board Member’s Guide to Crisis PR.

Eden’s the former leader of the Los Angeles Non-Profit Affinity Group, which brings together non-profit executives, consultants, and Board members to discuss challenges, learn behind-the-scenes industry tidbits, and build a stronger community.
