What is your story?

We work with lawyers, boards, and senior leaders when the decision itself poses reputational risk. Our role is to determine whether a high-stakes action should proceed at all, what must change before it does, and what should never see daylight.

Working exclusively by referral, we are brought in when timing, authority, and restraint matter more than messaging. Many of our most consequential engagements are ones you’ll never read about, because the right decision was made early enough to prevent exposure altogether.

It’s not about managing crises or executing communications. We prevent irreversible reputational damage by exercising restraint at the point of decision.

Because You Can’t Turn Back Time®.

Meet Our

President

Eden has spent nearly two decades working inside moments where organizations lose credibility not because of what they say, but because of the decisions they make under pressure. A former business professor, she has advised leaders through high-visibility, legally sensitive situations where judgment and restraint matter more than messaging.

She is the author of multiple books on crisis and reputational risk, including Beyond the Statement, which examines how reputational damage is most often created upstream by rushed or misaligned decisions.

Her advisory work is referral-only and conducted privately, though her perspective has been cited by major media outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, NPR, Forbes, ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX News.
